A Romantic Club Continental Wedding in Orange Park
Some wedding days feel extra special, and Devyn and Davis’ celebration at Club Continental was one of them.
With perfect weather and bright Florida skies, their wedding day offered everything a couple could hope for. In addition, the romantic riverfront setting made it even more magical. Nestled along the St. Johns River in Orange Park, this historic estate is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Northeast Florida.
For me personally, the day was extra meaningful—Devyn and Davis now celebrate their anniversary on my birthday. This made capturing their wedding even more special.
Getting Ready Near Club Continental

Devyn spent the morning getting ready at a nearby Airbnb with her closest friends and family. These quiet moments before the wedding felt so special. She laughed, shared anticipation, and enjoyed the final touches before the day officially began.
And then there was the dress.

Devyn’s gown from White Magnolia Bridal Collection was breathtaking. It was elegant, timeless, and romantic. In addition, it paired beautifully with the historic charm and garden atmosphere of Club Continental.

Her look was completed by Styled by Grace Victoria, who created a soft and polished hairstyle that felt classic and natural.
Why Club Continental Is One of the Best Jacksonville Wedding Venues

If you are searching for a Jacksonville wedding venue with historic charm and riverfront views, Club Continental is hard to beat.

Located just outside Jacksonville in Orange Park, the venue features:
• Gorgeous oak trees draped in Spanish moss
• Waterfront views of the St. Johns River
• Historic Mediterranean-style architecture
• Beautiful garden ceremony spaces
• Elegant indoor reception areas

The property feels like a hidden European estate tucked along the river, which makes it incredibly photogenic and perfect for couples who want timeless wedding photos.

Devyn and Davis exchanged vows outdoors beneath the oak trees, surrounded by family and friends.

Their florals by House of Mille De Fleur complemented the venue, adding romantic textures and soft colors that blended seamlessly with the natural beauty of the space.

Romantic Wedding Portraits at Club Continental

One reason I love photographing weddings at Club Continental is the abundance of beautiful portrait locations. Between the historic mansion, sweeping lawns, palm trees, and St. Johns River views, every corner offers a stunning backdrop.
Devyn’s dress moved effortlessly as they walked along the lawn overlooking the water. The late afternoon light created a dreamy glow for their portraits.

These quiet moments after the ceremony are always some of my favorites, when couples finally get a few minutes alone to soak in the joy of just getting married.
A Joyful Wedding Reception at Club Continental

After portraits, the celebration continued with dinner, music, and a packed dance floor.
Guests enjoyed an unforgettable night thanks to Rumba Knights Entertainment, who kept the energy high all evening.

Violinist Daniel Belousov added a romantic, elevated ambiance throughout the celebration.

One of the most memorable moments came when Davis pulled off an impressively committed worm on the dance floor—a move that will definitely go down as one of my favorite reception memories to capture.
