Hi, I'm Chalyse (pronounced Shuh-Lees) from Chalyse Creative Design (previously Chalyse Has a Camera)!
In early 2022, I relocated to Kingsland, Georgia, and I'm more than happy to travel to nearby and surrounding cities. As a military wife to an incredible husband and a mom to three little boys, my family truly makes my world go 'round! When I'm not behind the camera or busy with mom duties, I love working out, going to the beach (always up for a beach session!), and spending time outdoors.
Photography has been a lifelong passion of mine, guided by the motto: "You only regret the photos you didn't take!"

From a young age, I was the one always snapping photos with a disposable camera or my trusty point-and-shoot in elementary school. My passion for photography truly ignited in 2014 when I bought my first DSLR, inspired by the stunning landscapes of Utah and the incredible talent of my friends. Though I always had a love for photography, it wasn't until 2020 that I decided to turn my hobby into a business, motivated by my husband's decision to join the military. I left my full-time job in early 2021 to fully embrace photography as my sole profession. Since then, I've earned a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design with a focus on Photographic Design, ventured into video and film photography, and found a deep passion for capturing weddings and elopements.
